[Summary-Talk] Regular expressions in "Ads" list

Is there a way to use regular expressions in the "Requests to count as 
Ads"
list (or any other filter)?  Specifically, I would like to count any hit
with its first directory being completely numeric (i.e. "/329/" or "/2/") 
as
an Ad.  I searched the documentation and the list archives, but all I saw
had to do with searching.
