This problem has nothing to do with Summary. The error you mentioned, 
"file name too long to download", is coming from the FTP server on the 
machine where your logs are being downloaded from. The problem probably 
has something to do with the length of the path names or file names on 
your server. Beyond that hint, there isn't really anything I can do to 
help you, as the problem is happening outside of Summary.
