[Summary-Talk] Q: How-to Install MaxMind GeoIP data file...

I subscribed to the MaxMind GeoIP service to get regional data (down to the
city), however how do I enable that in Summary 2.5.1? Do I just delete the
existing "GeoIPRegion.dat" file, rename my freshly downloaded
"GeoIPRegion-112.dat" to "GeoIPRegion.dat" and put it in the Config folder?

Also, on the MaxMind website, there are 3 options for downloading the data:
    - MaxMind GeoIP Region (US Only, old format) Binary for APIs
    - MaxMind GeoIP Region CSV Format
    - MaxMind GeoIP Region (US/Canada, new format) Binary for APIs

I'm assuming I need either 1 or 3, but does Summary use the "new" or "old"
binary file format?
