You should try restoring a recent backup, on the Tools configuration page in Summary. That might well solve the problem. Also, if you are running Summary on OS X, try rebooting the machine and see if that makes any difference. There have also been reports of conflicts between Retrospect and Summary when running under OS X that cause a problem like this one.
