When I set the browser to the URL address I get, I can then go to the 
"Summary Main Page" and view the processed reports for just 2004.

I extract a log file every 7 days so one  log file consist of seven 
days of reports ending on Sat night...and I ran a report March 6, 2004 
and it covered from Feb of 2003 to March of 2004. I Updated the filters 
I use when I updated Summary, since it did not retain the filters of 
the previous version. Other than that I cannot figure out what I 
changed.

The entire log file is:
