Your sample log lines are in the older Microsoft IIS native format. Summary should recognize these logs automatically if you remove your current custom log format definition. In case you are interested, the full definition for these logs is: HOST USER DATE-MDY TIME-24 W3SVC SKIP DOMAIN TRAN-TIME-MILLI SKIP BYTES STATUS SKIP METHOD URI URI-QUERY but you don't need to use that, as it is already built in.
