RE: [Summary-Talk] Error trying to acess Fan In/Out Report

Jason, I'm running version 2.5.1 SP Lite, and instead of restore a backup, I
deleted everything on the data folder and reprocess all the logs, and the
problem persists.

Please let me know how would you like to move forward.

Best Regards, Pablo

This looks like a bug in Summary. It is possible that it is a hardware
error, but that seems unlikely. Any hardware problem that would cause
this error would also cause other obvious problems with the machine.

What version of Summary are you running? If you are not running either
2.3.12 or 2.5.1 then you should update to one of those versions,
<http://summary.net/updates.html>, and see if that helps. If you are
already running one of those versions then you should try loading a
recent backup, on the Tools configuration page, and see if the problem
repeats. If you are running a current version and the problem repeats,
then I would like to try and duplicate the problem here. To do that I
will need some files from your Summary install, please contact me
directly, <jason@summary.net> to arrange that.

Good Luck
Jason

Dr. Seuss books . . . can be read and enjoyed on several levels. For
example, 'One Fish Two Fish, Red Fish Blue Fish' can be deconstructed as a
searing indictment of the narrow-minded binary counting system.
