By looking at the program status, I noticed that it's failing
to download any new logfiles it says "Downloaded 3 files, 0K transferred, 
0K on disk, in 0 secs. 44 download errors. Host not found!

any idea's. I am using summary SP 2.3.12 and setup on a Linux box.

There are several possibilities. First, if you are not already running
Summary 2.3.12 you should update to that version at
<http://summary.net/updates.html#2X> and see if that helps.

Second, you should look at the Program Status report. Towards the bottom
of the first section there may be a message about downloading problems.

Third, it is possible that Summary is actually downloading the log files
but not processing them correctly. You can check the Log Files report to
see if the more recent log files are present but Summary isn't reading
them for some reason.
