Report disables have been around for a long long time, well before 2.3.5. 
But they only appear in Summary Plus, SP Lite, and SP. They are not 
available in Summary (basic). Look for the "Disable Reports" link on the 
main configuration page.

Summary 2.3.12 is a free upgrade for owners of Summary 2.x, 
<http://summary.net/updates.html#2X>. There have been many improvements 
since Summary 2.3.5. I highly recommend that you update.
