Using frames increases your page hits, as both the frameset and each individual frame will normally count as a page hit. Other than that there aren't any special things to worry about. Remember, you can never know exactly how many people viewed a movie, or any other content, proxy caches and other properties of the way the web works make that impossible. Summary will report how many times the movie was requested from your server, which isn't the same thing.
