Jason -

Well, it's not Summary unexpectedly quitting - this is just on a 
normal quit with no error message reported.  It's odd that Summary 
gets hit by this too, as when FileMaker and EIMS quit unexpectedly, 
they can be started right back up and go on serving.  Maybe they're 
doing something to work around the issue?

The bug is an occasional (say, once a month) occurence of Summary 
just plain not responding to requests, but the application is still 
running.  No idea what causes it since it's such an intermittent 
thing.  Is there any type of investigation, logging, etc. I can do 
for you next time it happens to try to debug?
