Yes. If you can handle using a few CLI commands, tar, ls, cd, mkdir, etc, 
it is much better to be running the CLI version of Summary. It won't have 
the can't open port problem. It won't have problems reading log files 
currently open by the web browser, and it can be left running in the 
background even when you are not logged in.

Not yet. It isn't too large of a project, but I haven't reworked the 
development schedule to include it yet so I can't be sure exactly when it 
will happen.
