No, at least not that I know of. Summary uses the standard browser 
authentication, and I don't know of any way to set that up from another 
page. Almost all browsers allow you to have the browser memorize the 
name/password, so they don't have to type it in all the time, but I don't 
know of any way of automating that process from another web page.
