Jason, I really doubt that there is a download problem. Point is that some hosts report log date up to today and other report log date till 10/29/2004 (log files are there!!!). When I look into the Prog. Status I can see the following lines IN EVERY host: Downloaded 6,740 files, 3,588K transferred, 477,016K on disk, in 19:19. 2 download errors. Can't fix date on old copy of file.On 'ftp.computeroil.com/knecht-vision.log_2004Oct31.gz'. We are running 2.5.2a on MacOS X 10.3.5. Do you have one of the most recent versions of Summary (2.3.14 or 2.5.2)? There were some downloading problems back in 2.3.6 and earlier. Also, you should check the Program Status report to see if it is reporting any download problems, and if so which ones. Log downloading status will appear at the very end of the "Log Processing" section of that report. >Also, we have 3 sub-reports that don't work at all. No data is >calculated. The source is the same as all the other logs. This sounds like a sub-report configuration problem. You should create a sub-report that includes everything and look at which domains and/or directories appear in that report and make sure that they match the values you have configured for "Domains to include in this Sub-report" and/or "Requests to include in this Sub-report". For example, 'One Fish Two Fish, Red Fish Blue Fish' can be deconstructed as a searing indictment of the narrow-minded binary counting system. -- Peter van der Linden, Expert C Programming, Deep C Secrets ------------- Go to <http://summary.net/list.html> to update subscription info. ------------- Go to <http://summary.net/list.html> to update subscription info.
