It was simpler than that - Summary is case-sensitive. Once the client corrected the URL for case, it worked.

You should double check that neither "Name required to access reports"
or "Password required to access reports" have *anything* entered in them
for that sub-report. Even a single space will cause a name/password prompt.
Another thing to try would be to quit Summary and then launch it again.
That shouldn't make any difference, but who knows.
