If you are in incremental mode then no there isn't anything you can do short of deleting the sub-report and adding it back in later. If you are not in incremental mode then you can disable processing of the sub-report by adding a line that reads: -* as the first entry in "Domains to include in this Sub-report". To disable downloads you could add "XXX" to the start of whatever you have for "URL to download log from", which should get errors and not download any logs.
