[Summary-Talk] Non-FTP Log Downloading

I would like to use HTTP to download a directory of web logs. I know 
that Summary does this well using FTP, but will it work using HTTP? 
We've been trying to get this to work, but no success yet.

Also - does Summary support WebDAV?
