No, Summary will only download multiple log files using starnames when 
using FTP or SFTP. There is no standard for directory listings using 
HTTP, so no consistent way for us to support that.

Currently Summary supports reporting on logs from servers running WebDAV, 
but does not support WebDAV for downloading log files. Summary could in 
theory use WebDAV, instead of HTTP (since WebDAV supports directory 
listings while HTTP does not), to download multiple log files/starnames 
from web servers. I will add that to the wish list.
