If you need technical support you should write to <summary@summary.net>. 
If you have a question that you think might be of general interest you 
should ask it here. In either case we will need more information about 
what is going wrong.

By the by, we have written to <gp@design4.com> with responses to your 
question, using several different e-mail accounts, a total of about a 
dozen times in the last month. I suspect that your spam filter is 
filtering out legitimate e-mails.
