It sounds like you want to use "Query tag to include in request", instead of "Include query string in requests". This feature is only available in Summary SP Lite and SP. Given URLs that look like <http://www.domain.cz/main.php?pageid=10&lang=3&searchinput=aaaaa>, you would set "Query tag to include in request" to "pageid". That would move the page ID into the request, and leave the other arguments in the query string.
