Beta version of Safari had significant problems with Summary, but since
Safari was officially released I haven't heard of any issues with
Summary. I use Safari with Summary all of the time. What happens when you
try it?

In the default configuration, Summary looks for the first port that is
available in it's list of preferred ports. If it changes from time to
time it usually means that you have another service running on the
machine which is sometimes using port 9000, which forces Summary to move
on to it's second choice. You can configure Summary to use a specific
port on the Details configuration page, and then it will only use that
port.

Dr. Seuss books . . . can be read and enjoyed on several levels. For
example, 'One Fish Two Fish, Red Fish Blue Fish' can be deconstructed
as a searing indictment of the narrow-minded binary counting system.
