I suspect that it must have something to do with Fedora Core 3. We have tested on Fedora Core 2 and RHEL 3, but not yet on Fedora Core 3. Every now and then they change something in Linux that Summary is depending on and we have to issue an update to take care of it. This is most likely one of those times. Because of the holidays it is likely to be a week or two before we will be able to do complete testing on Fedora Core 3 and figure out a work around.
