This is automatically done in some places, and not done in others. For
example the Referrers : Search Engines report combines all the different
Google versions into one, while the Referrers : Search Engines with
Country report does not. There is no way to override this behavior.

This feature is available in Summary 2.5 or newer. The Visitors :
Counties : States, State/Province (Using GeoIP), report in Summary shows
Canadian provinces mixed in with US states.

Summary doesn't support anything quite like that. Summary bases it's
visit analysis on the contents of the log file. There isn't currently
any support for Javascript tagged visit tracking/analysis. I'll add your
request to our wish list.
