[Summary-Talk] All zeros

I just upgraded from 2.3 Summary SP to 2.5 Summary SP Lite.

I copied over my logs folder, my Data folder and my summary.conf file

Now all I get in my reports for all 32 domains are zeroes.

It must be something simple. Can you help? Thanks.
