There are many possibilities. First, you should check the Content : All Requests report to see if it appears there. Then check the General : Log Files report to see if you are getting a large number of Parse Errors or have a large number of Filtered log entries. If you have a large number of filtered log entries, try removing all of your filtering and see if it shows up then. If you have Summary Plus or SP Lite or SP you could try the Tools : Search Logs feature and set Requests to include to "*.rss*" to make sure the log entries are actually in your log files.
