Summary Plus, SP Lite, and SP have a feature to do this. See the
discussion of Tracking Tags in the manual,
<http://summary.net/manual/configuration.html#TrackTag>, or one of these
threads in the Summary-Talk archive,

Dr. Seuss books . . . can be read and enjoyed on several levels. For
example, 'One Fish Two Fish, Red Fish Blue Fish' can be deconstructed
as a searing indictment of the narrow-minded binary counting system.
