[Summary-Talk] Set web browser to...

I'm running Summary SP-Lite 2.5.3 on Mac OSX

When the logs are processed I should get:
Processing is complete!
Set web browser to "http://3wsecure.net:9000/".

Lately I've been getting
Processing is complete!
Set web browser to "http://3wsecure.net:7000/".

Today I got the following
Processing is complete!
Set web browser to "http://:9000/".

Usually if I restart Summary, it will finish up how it should, But what
could be causing this?
