[Summary-Talk] Summary not reading log files properly?

Gang,

     It's stats time again and I'm having a problem with summary all the
sudden not reading logs properly.

     Seems that it keeps reporting 0's on everything with a previously
working configuration (I even pulled a backup copy just to be safe). 
Logs are in the same format as always. The only change is the date.

     All of my reports are empty.. Even the logfiles and log details 
reports.

     Anyone ever seen this before? When I run from the command line via
'summary -P', I see it processing the logs...

     I'm running summary 2.3.12 under Linux...
