[Summary-Talk] Re: Summary installed on one server, monitoring another



Hi Jason,

Thanks for the reply - I even got two of them :-)

As much as I still don't understand all of that which is Summary, I 
think I get this one.  This is what I plan on doing - please adviseof 
any wrong-doings:

1- Install Summary to the new box
2- Set up FTP on the main box to allow Summary to grab the apache log 
file (for us in httpd/), or mount the main box and create an alias to 
the log file directory
3- Move the Configuration file over to the new box
4- Set it and forget it :-)

Is this really that simple?
