Hi Jason, Please see below for replies: On Tue, 15 Feb 2005 15:33:53 -0500, Jason Linhart <jason@summary.net> wrote: > You probably don't have the log downloading setup correctly. Processed after every change made and still no love. I created an FTP share just for summary to the httpd folder on the main computer (206.102.88.10). Here is the relevant info from the Log Downloading section: Enable Log Downloading is checked URL: ftp://206.102.88.10/* Username and password are filled in Sub and sub-sub folders are empty Passive FTP is checked When I processed logs, I received one file in the Summary Logs folder called "*" and nothng else. > > The Program Status report will report download errors, if there were > any. When I looked at the Summary Log folder on the main computer (.10) there were many sub folders for each website or domain. So what I tried was to mount the .10 machine and copy everything from it's Summary Logs folder ( essentially an alias to the httpd folder ) to the Summary Logs folder on the new machine (.17). This morning I have reports. I would have thought that ftp://206.102.88.10/* would have downloaded everything from the .10 machine. > > Good Luck > Jason LOL - Luck I don't need - I need someone that knows what they're doing :-D > > > Vijay-Kumar Solanki wrote: >> >> I tried this (installing to new machine, copying aummary.config over, >> creating the ftp share point to private/var/log/httpd, having Summary >> get the log file from [ip]/access_log, processed logs)... when I try to >> get Summary information, I get no information...
