Re: [Summary-Talk] Problem with all Logs

You didn't put in the column headings, so I am assuming that the '86'
below is a line number and it is zero requests, zero parse errors, zero
filtered and 0.0K bytes read. If that is not the case then the rest of
what I am saying might be way off.

Summary appears to be saying that the log files are empty. They have
zero requests and zero parse errors and 0.0K read, so they are
completely empty.

You should look at the files on the FTP server, are they zero K there?
If so, you need to check your web server, make sure it is really logging.

Are they zero K in Summary's Logs folder? If so, and they aren't zero K
on the FTP server, then you are having some kind of downloading problem.
Take a look at the Program Status report and see what it says about log
downloading status.

If the files are not zero K in Summary's Logs folder, and you are
running MacOS X, try rebooting the machine and reprocessing your logs.
This is one of the symptoms of a known bug in OS X, that should be at
least temporarily fixed by rebooting.

Good Luck
Jason

Dr. Seuss books . . . can be read and enjoyed on several levels. For
example, 'One Fish Two Fish, Red Fish Blue Fish' can be deconstructed
as a searing indictment of the narrow-minded binary counting system.
