[Date Prev][Date Next][Thread Prev][Thread Next][Date Index][Thread Index] [Summary-Talk] Summary looking for log file in wrong directory
I'm having a strange problem.
It appears that, while processing, Summary begins to look for log files
in the wrong directories. Here is a portion of my scanning process that
has good and bad things happening.
Opening log file: isadoora/Isadoora_2005-03-27-#571139.txt
Opening log file: fishcreektownhomes/fishcreektownhomes_2#5708C2.txt
So Isadoora has Isadoora log files within it and fishcreektownhomes has
fishcreektownhomes log files in it
but then summary starts looking in whitefishbayfarm , wilsonshaffer ,
welcometopartonville , premiumlaminations for Isadoora logs.
See?

I'm running Summary 2.5.4 SP Lite, the Classic version, on Mac OSX
10.3.7 1Ghz powerPC G4 - 1 Gig of RAM
I remember a while back someone saying that aliases are OK but
"symbolic links?" work better. Could that be the problem? how does a
symbolic link (if that's what you call it) work?
Thank you very much
Gregg
