Either you are using Log Downloading and have it misconfigured or you (or someone with access to your machine) put those files into those folders. The simplest way to tell what is happening would be to go and manually delete the logs that are in the wrong place and then process logs in Summary again. If the logs stay gone then the problem is solved. If they reappear then you have log downloading misconfigured. To help you with log downloading problems we need to know exactly how you have log downloading configured and how the log files are organized on the server(s) Summary is downloading the logs from.
