[Summary-Talk] Request not showing up - don't know why

Hi Summary Group,

I need help understanding why some failed requests are not showing up in
any of my reports.  Summary says that it is reading the log files and
these log files contain 13 requests to a graphic that does not exist.
These hits occur over the course of two days. The Failed Requests report
only show 1 of the requests. What is unique about this request is that
it has a referrer included, while the others have a placeholder "-"
because it was a direct request to the graphic.

According to Summary, it has read the two log files in question:

Only request with the excite.com referrer shows up in my logs!?
None of the other requests appear in any of the following reports:
Failed Requests, Explanations, Graphics, Other Requests, All Requests.

Where else should I be looking?

I am not filtering out these IPs or anything else that should impact this.

What am I missing?
