Jason,
I've figured out how to use a report filter to "include" only the words
in a Reports Filter list.
The Searching Within Reports discussion in the How To section of the
Manual states that to exclude words "a tilde (~) must be the first
character of the first string and the single quote (') must be the
second character." The first three terms in my filter are
~'of
the
and
etc.
(That's a straight rather than curly quote character.)
When I used this filter to customize the Search Words report , only the
words in the filter were included. I have limited knowledge of Regular
Expressions from BBEdit. I obviously don't know enough to set this up.
What is the appropriate designation for excluding specific words from
the Name column?
Thanks, Bill
