Yes, all of the reports will reflect the new settings for the entire
time period in the reports.

Note: If you were in incremental mode, where Summary only calculates new
data each time instead of recalculating everything, the configuration
would have been locked and you wouldn't have been able to make that
change. Turning off incremental mode, required to make the configuration
change, would also cause Summary to recalculate everything, so either
way (incremental or not) your change is reflected in all past months.
