Well, theory #1 is out.  We've now had the exact same problem, with
the exact same setup on two completely separate machines.  And we're
running the latest 10.3.9 on both machines as well.

The failure only seems to happen once every few days.  Should I get
back towards e-mailing you the config and data files back-channel
again?

One thing I'm still confused about here, though, is that the problem
only occurs with the command line version, not with the GUI one?

PS.  It always seems to fail on processing the first day or two of
stats.  If it makes it past that, then it seems to make it all the
way through...
