It sounds like you have more than one copy of Summary running.
I suggest you search the machine and make sure that there is only one
copy of Summary anywhere and that that is the one which is configured to
start when the machine is rebooted.
Another thing which might help is to restore a recent Summary internal
backup, you can find this on Summary's Tools configuration page and then
process logs.
You might need to force reload some of the pages in the browser to keep
from seeing older cached copies.
