[Summary-Talk] Logs counted twice

Jason,
           I have two sites, lets say A and B, site B is a subset of site
B, I have configured my apache servers to log in different files for
site A and B,
I created 2 subreports and I created a softlink for site B within the
directory structure of site A.
I see the hits, pageviews etc. from site B in the report of site A, but
I don't see anything on site's B report.
Is this setup possible, what I am doing wrong ?
