Then you probably have something wrong with your SiteB sub-report
configuration.
Keep in mind that in incremental mode logs which have already been read
by Summary will not get included in new sub-reports. So if you just
added the SiteB sub-report it won't show any results until new log
entries are present.

Using a symbolic link as you describe will work. If you were starting
from scratch it would be simpler to do what I suggested, but since it is
working currently there is no reason to change it.
To change a sub-report configuration in incremental mode you either need
to disable incremental, make the change, and re-enable incremental mode,
which will force all logs to get reprocessed and lose results for logs
that are no longer present. Or, you need to delete the sub-report and
then add it again, which will lose results for any logs that have
already been processed in that sub-report, but allow the other
sub-reports to retain their information.

Dr. Seuss books . . . can be read and enjoyed on several levels. For
example, 'One Fish Two Fish, Red Fish Blue Fish' can be deconstructed
as a searing indictment of the narrow-minded binary counting system.
