No. You should check to see if Summary restored your database correctly,
ie if your reports still cover the time period you expect them to or if
they are empty. If there is data in your reports, even if a couple of
the most recent days are missing, everything should be fine after the
next log processing pass.

If your reports are empty you should try restoring a backup on the Tools
configuration page. Only if your reports are empty and the restore 
doesn't work should you disable and then re-enable incremental mode to 
force the logs to fully reprocess.
