[Summary-Talk] Unable to disable incremental processing

Hello all,

When I attempted to disable incremental processing I got the following
error message:

"Unable to acquire database access, please try again in a moment!"

"Unable to disable incremental processing."

This is the first time I've seen this even though I've disabled
incremental processing in the past. Would trying again do the job or is
there another way?
