If you are using incremental mode, and you have all of your log files
available, I suggest that you reset the database and try processing
everything again from the start. You can do that by turning off
incremental mode and then turning it back on again. The next processing
run will then reset the database.

If you are not in incremental mode then this sounds like a bug in Summary.

Incremental mode is turned on and off with a check box on the main
configuration page. Processing each night is unrelated.

If you are in incremental mode Summary will cache data from the previous
run. If you are not in incremental mode it won't.
