No, that isn't possible. However, you can get something similar to what
you want by looking at the current errors column. That column shows
errors over the last two to three weeks. If you want you could
reconfigure the error reports to only show the current error
information, removing the errors over all time column.

Summary doesn't read error logs. Summary gets the error information from
the regular log files. Essentially all of the information in the error
logs appears in the regular log file as well, just in a less human
readable format. Summary uses the information from the regular logs, and
ignores the duplicate information in the error logs.
