Summary will download whatever you tell it to download, if it is a log
file or not. Summary will read everything in the Logs folder, if it is a
log file or not. However, Summary will only find valid log entries that
it can report on in access logs, and will ignore the contents of error logs.

All of the information that Summary needs from an error log is also in
the access logs. If Summary read the entries in the error logs it would
be double counting the errors.
