[Summary-Talk] errors as goals

this is an odd request, but is it possible to use an error as a goal? or 
more specifically, an errored out page as a goal? I have a client who's 
contact form doesn't work:

/contactus-process.asp 404

but I'd still like to measure the *attempts* to process as goals. (yes, 
we're fixing the contact processor, but for retroactive data...)
