Yes, your numbers are inaccurate. When you see "2GigLimit" or "4GigLimit" Summary didn't read all of your log files. Summary won't read past 2 Gig (or 4 Gig depending on the platform) of uncompressed size of a single file, even if it is an archive of several files. This restriction has been removed in Summary 2.6, currently in beta testing <http://summary.net/beta.html>. I recommend that you compress each log file separately. Then everything should be fine. For example, 'One Fish Two Fish, Red Fish Blue Fish' can be deconstructed as a searing indictment of the narrow-minded binary counting system. -- Peter van der Linden, Expert C Programming, Deep C Secrets ------------- Go to <http://summary.net/list.html> to update subscription info.
