[Date Prev][Date Next][Thread Prev][Thread Next][Date Index][Thread Index] Re: [Summary-Talk] wishlist request: nofollow
If you use Summary in the normal way, through the web interface, Summary provides a /robots.txt file that tells the search engines to not index any of Summary's content. That approach is more complete than the nofollow tag, since everything that honors the nofollow tag also honors the /robots.txt approach and many things that don't honor nofollow still honor /robots.txt. However, if you are using static HTML reports you do want to have nofollow tags, which are not currently provided. I will add nofollow tags to the static HTML reports in the next release of Summary.
