[Summary-Talk] OSX tiger and 2.6a

I am running OS X tiger and Summary 2.6
every few minutes the console displays:
Warning: Configured machine name is unusable, using default name!

I used to use an ip address to get to summary and now have to use:
Set web browser to "http://localhost:9000/

Also
I get the messages:
Saving binary report database.
Writing reports to files.
Warning: Configured machine name is unusable, using default name!
Processing failed, restarting!
and have to rerun the days logs. Sometime I have to quit summary and 
restart.
I am running in incremental mode.
