Thanks for the tip Jim. I think you are referring to Summary's setting: "Use passive FTP (best for most firewalls)". This option has always been checked, so I'm thinking that isn't the problem for us anyway. Jason seems to think that its a problem with RUMPUS. Stil investigating...
